Create an endpoint in your workspace and download its enrollment bundle. Each agent has its own credential. Keep that credential out of chat and version control.

Ask for evidence

Start with a read-only task: inspect disk space and failed services. A task being queued is not proof that it ran. Review the return code and output.

Introduce changes gradually

Use approvals for installations and service changes. Validate the result independently and keep a rollback plan.
